Order, Cancellation, & Return Policies
ORDERING
First off, CALL US at 800-495-0739 if you have questions about products, warranties, sizing, availability or procedures. We want your shopping experience with Bigfoot to be the best we can make it from order to receipt.
We accept VISA, Mastercard, American Express and Discover. Custom item orders will only ship when complete, billed to your card at the time of order with shipping charges billed upon shipment.
CANCELLATIONS
Order shipments cannot be processed if received more than 24 hours following receipt of order. Shipped orders cancelled after 24 hours are returnable, at customer expense, with a Return Authorization number (see RETURNS, below).
SHIPPING
All orders for in-stock merchandise received before 2:00 pm, weekdays, typically leave our warehouse 1-2 business days after receipt. Weekend orders will ship the next non-holiday business day.
Unless specified, we use UPS Ground for all shipments in the mainland U.S. Next Day, Second Day or Third Day Air are available upon request at an additional cost. For International shipping, you must contact us direct for pricing and delivery times. The customer is responsible for all duties, tariffs and/ or import taxes. All shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. Territories carry an additional $15 shipping and handling fee. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes and require a physical address for delivery. If you have special shipping instructions, please call us at 800-495-0739 and we will be sure to see they are taken care of.
Oversized items or deliveries to hard-to-access areas require additional fees from the shipper and are in addition to normal shipping and handling charges from the carrier.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
International rates vary. As a result, we will contact you in advance of shipment to outline what charges, in U.S. funds, will apply. The customer will pay charges for duty, customs and taxes at time of receipt. Orders are shipped via UPS and require 5-7 business days to ship. Approximate shipping time will be given to you at the time the additional charges are provided. Please understand, due to many unsettled global conditions, delivery dates are approximate. Overseas shipments require recipient's phone number and email with the order.
BACKORDERS
On occasion, especially between Feb 15 and Apr 15, we may not have all items available to ship on an order. Our policy, unless otherwise instructed by the customer, is to ship what products we have in stock and backorder missing items. Unless a custom item, backordered items will not be billed for until they ship and will be delivered to you with no additional shipping charge.
RETURNS
Due to manufacturer policies, it is imperative that you inspect your order immediately upon receipt. All errors in product size or style, color, shortages or damage must be reported to us within 72 hours of receipt. Be sure everything is satisfactory and fits properly before use. Items that show signs of wear, are torn, scuffed, dented, dirty, scraped, bent, stained or varies, in any way, from "like-new" condition, with original packaging (also in "like-new" condition) will not be accepted for return.
No returns are permitted for CUSTOM products or closeout items. If a defective item, under manufacturer's warranty, needs to be returned, we require the original (be sure to make a copy for your records) dated sales receipt along with the item.
We enclose a RETURN AUTHORIZATION form with every purchase. If you find you must return an item, call us at 800-495-0739 and obtain a RA# from our customer service representative. This form, with the RA# MUST accompany any and all product returns to Bigfoot within 30 days of purchase in order to get credit. Returns must be sent by UPS, FedEx, USPS or other shipper that uses package tracking. We highly recommend insuring the shipment for your own protection and will not accept responsibility for misshipped or lost returns.
Refunds, other than those of our error, will be for the cost of merchandise only. Refunds will be made to the credit card used to make the purchase. Shipping costs will not be refunded. If the return is due to our error, both return and reshipment costs will be at Bigfoot's expense.
Please allow 14 business days for exchanges and credits.

WARRANTIES
All warranty issues, falling within the applicable timeline of each manufacturer, must be taken directly to the manufacturer and not through Bigfoot, shortening the time to replace the product. Again, we accept unused defective product received from us within 30 days of order for refund or replacement.

HEAD WARRANTIES
All heads, except Brine, are warranted for 1 year from date of purchase, with proof of purchase. Previously replaced heads begin their warranty period from original head date of purchase. Brine helmets carry a 6-month warranty from date of purchase. Stringing, stringing materials and pockets are not covered by warranty. Dying, drilling, pinching, cooking or otherwise altering the original configuration of the head, by any means or in any way, voids the manufacturer's warranty.
SHAFT/HANDLE WARRANTIES
All shafts/ handles are warranted for 1 year from date of purchase, with proof of purchase, excluding Warrior Defense Titanium products that are warranted for 30 days, and all Aluminum series products. Dents, dings, scratches and marred graphics are all part of normal wear and tear and are not covered by warranty. Any altering the original configuration of the shaft, by any means or in any way, voids the manufacturer's warranty.
EQUIPMENT WARRANTIES
All equipment including gloves, arm pads, shoulder pads, bags and certain apparel are warranted to be free from defects under normal conditions and use for 30 days from date of purchase with proof of purchase. Returns require original proof of purchase.
HELEMET WARRANTIES
Stock helmets carry a 1-year manufacturer's warranty for defects in product or construction. Returns require original proof of purchase.
CUSTOM helmets may NOT be returned.
